bFlash Unlock Service Policy

1. Scope of the Service
This Unlock Service Policy governs the ECU unlock services ("Unlocks") provided by
bFlash, the commercial brand of BC Consulting SARL, for specific vehicle ECUs as listed on
the official bFlash website.
This service is exclusively intended for professional vehicle tuners. bFlash reserves the
right to deny the service to any client that does not comply with professional standards or
attempts to bypass the process
2. Supported ECUs and Pricing
2.1. The ECU unlock service currently supports the following Mercedes-Benz platforms:

OM654 - Diesel - 1.95D with MD1CP001 (MRD1/MRD1NFZ) - €290
OM656 - Diesel - 2.9D with MD1CP001 (MRD1) - €390
M139 - Petrol - 2.0T with MG1CP002 (MRG1 AMG R4) - €390
M256 - Petrol - 3.0T with MG1CP002 (MRG1) - €490
2.2. Attention: MRD2 & 4 are not supported, neither are MRG3 nor MG1CP003
2.3. Clients must check software references before purchasing. During checkout, a
calibration reference will be required. If unsure, contact [email protected] for assistance.
2.4. In case of a dealer update, do not flash the old version of the file. Contact [email protected] to receive the new file. Programming the outdated version may render the ECU inoperable. Note: the ECU remains unlocked even after a manufacturer update.
3. Ordering and Process
3.0. ECUs must be shipped to the following address:

3.1. Clients must place the unlock order through their bFlash user account.
3.2. You will be required to:
Provide the VIN number(s) during your order.
Download and use the commercial invoice generated by our system for customs.
Mention your invoice reference on all communication
3.3. Once confirmed, clients are responsible for:
Printing the generated label with the order ID.
Shipping the ECU to the provided address with the printed label included in the
parcel.Covering all shipping, insurance, import duties, and customs costs.
3.4. You may purchase a return shipping label from bFlash during checkout. If not, you may
include your own, but bFlash is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by
third-party logistics.
4. UPS Delivery Schedule
4.1. Parcels received Tuesday to Friday before 16:30 CET will be processed and shipped
back the same or the next business day.
5. Fraud Detection & Rejection
5.1. Tampered ECUs or those that have been previously opened will be rejected without
refund.
5.2. The ECU will be tested for the presence of any UART/CAN/FLEXRAY bus analyzers or
hardware modifications.
5.3. If tampering or unauthorized modifications are detected, the ECU will not be unlocked
and will be returned at the client’s expense.
5.4. bFlash reserves the right to refuse any unlock service if:
The ECU does not meet compatibility.
There is any indication of fraud, manipulation, or misuse.
6. File Delivery
6.1. The original ECU file will be made available in the user’s bFlash account under the
specific project tab.
6.2. Unlock requests from slave users will be processed and the resulting file will be sent
directly to the slave. You are responsible for contacting your master account to receive the
correct file. Keep in mind the file size you receive from your master may be different.
7. Shipping and Responsibility
7.1. The client is responsible for the proper packaging and insured shipment of the ECU to
prevent transport damage.
7.2. bFlash accepts no liability for damage or loss during transit.
7.3. All import and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
8. Processing Time
8.1. The typical processing time is 2–4 business days from receipt of the ECU, excluding
transport time.
8.2. This may vary depending on workload, technical complexity, or missing information.
9. Data and Confidentiality
9.1. No personal or vehicle data is stored beyond what is required to perform the unlock and
provide traceability.
9.2. bFlash may retain a copy of the ECU file for internal technical and support purposes.
This data will not be shared with third parties.
